What are the Terms and Conditions for using this site?

- Your site(s) does not contain any popup windows
We understand that some Members when setting a Site URL, may have Popup stoppers and therefore not know that their Site in fact has Popups. Please check without Popup stoppers enabled.
PS: Some 'javascript style' popups that stay on the page (not pop off)
are OK, as they do not stop the pages from progressing in the hitbar or when surfing.
- Your site(s) should not contain any Alert message boxes
- Your site(s) does not contain inappropriate content
- Your site(s) does not break out of frames
- Your Site must be able to Load in any Browser within 20 seconds or less
- Your site(s) does not use site rotation as some of your rotated sites may contravene our rules
- Your Site must be complete - not "Under Construction"
- Your site(s) does not use URL or domain forwarding

- Your account will be deleted if not used for 90 days
- Your account will be deleted if we can not send you emails,
Note: Many emails are bouncing, please make sure you are receiving our emails!
- Your account WILL be disable if it causes system any problems
- You are not allowed to have more than one (1) account, you may have multiple Sites on your one account though.

What is the policy on SPAM ?

- My-1.com absolutely prohibits members to use any form of SPAM in their marketing efforts, and are subject to immediate termination. If you have found the website due to SPAM, we want to know! Please contact support team.

How do I contact for support ?

- Please read this FAQs Page before contacting support. Many of your questions can be answered in this FAQ section. Contact support at support@my-1.com and REMEMBER to include your User ID. We usually answer your questions within 24 hours.

What types of accounts does My-1.com MegaHits offer ?

- Basic Account : the basic account earns you either 0.50 or 1 credit(hit) for each site you view, depends on how you setup your browser (minimized or maximized) and it remains FREE of charge. Credits(hits) are automatically assigned to your enabled site(s).

- Silver Account : the silver account earns you either 0.7 or 1.2 credit(hit) for each site you view, depends on how you setup your browser (minimized or maximized). Upgrade to silver account is only $10US ONE TIME and you can upgrade at members only page. Credits(hits) are automatically assigned to your enabled site(s).

- Gold Account : the gold account earns you either 1.2 or 1.7 credit(hit) for each site you view, depends on how you setup your browser (minimized or maximized). Upgrade to gold account is only $25US ONE TIME and you can upgrade at members only page. Credits(hits) are automatically assigned to your enabled site(s).

How do I get hits for my site with this *MegaHits* site ?

When you join, you will get a surf URL with your ID that collects hits for your site. Which means that you start your automatic surfing by just sit in front of your screen and watch the homepages coming to your screen. Each 25 seconds, you'll see new homepage coming. And depends on how you setup your browser (min/max), you'll receive 3 hits to your own homepage, each time you have seen 4 pages on your automatic surf URL in the case of Basic Account.

What are Credits(hits) ?

You can get credits(hits) in three ways; you buy them, from your referrals, and when viewing the sites. Remember you can earn more credits by maximizing the browser and upgrading to either Silver or Gold Accounts.

What are the important URLs that I need to know ?

Why should I refer anyone else?

- You gain extra Credits each time anyone whom you Referred uses the Megahits System. This is as much as 25% of their earned Credits(hits). You can clock up a lot of hits this way - Refer and get many more visits!

What if I need a lot more Hits to my Sites than I am managing to Surf ?

- Login to your Member Area and click on "Buy Credits."

How do I change my account information ?

- Login to your Member Area and click on your "Name". There you can change name, password, share email status, browser and category setup change, and distribute credits(hits) to your sites.

How do I change my email ?

- Login to your Member Area and click on your "Email". There you can change the email address and we will send you change code to verify your new email address. Your new email address will not changed until you verified with change code.

What are the Status for my sites ?

- Disabled : your site is disabled -- or it may not have been approved as yet, ie. awaiting approval.
- Enabled : your site is approved and is part of the site rotation
- Waiting : your site is waiting for approval by the My-1.com support team

I signed up, however no credits were used, what happened ?

- The site must get approval by My-1.com Support and when there is no problem with terms and conditions, support team will approved the site and notified by email. Also make sure you check "state" of the sites at members area, site must be "enabled" to get credits.

What do I do if I see a site that offends or breaking our terms and conditions ?

- Please report to our support team at support@my-1.com, we'll even give you credits for report those sites.
While Surfing at your Autohits page, there is a "Report a Site" Link, please use this as it is the best way to report a Site error or non-compliance.

JavaScript and other errors halt my auto surfing, how can I stop this ?

- For Internet Explorer users, click on the "Tools" menu and go down to "Internet options". Go to the "Advanced" tab and under the "Browsing" category, check the checkbox labeled "Disable script debugging". This should be prevent from auto surfing halt.
